Community Support Services

This division incorporates those projects where support is provided in the clients own home. This could be as a current tenant of another housing provider or as move on support from one of Adref's Residential Services Projects.

The Aspire scheme is also managed by this division, providing dedicated vocational support.

The Aspire Project

Adref supports 41 clients in their own homes. These are usually tenants of the private rented sector, local authorities or housing associations. Anybody who's home may be at risk can be referred to the scheme. Adref staff will work with the client to determine support needs and develop a plan to address these. Support will normally take place in the person's own home. Once the support has been delivered, it will be withdrawn over an agreed length of time.

Adref has always aimed to maximize the potential of all clients that we work with. We therefore place a great deal of emphasis on vocational areas of client's lives. The Aspire project works in all schemes and specialist Vocational Advisors work with individual clients on areas such as education, training, or employment.
