Vocational Advisors-Aspire Project
Salary £18,582-£19,824 2 Posts 1 Full Time
(37.5hrs) & 1 Part Time (22.5 hrs)
The aim of the Aspire project is to enable homeless people and clients from
our various supported housing and direct access schemes to maximise their
vocational opportunities. The successful applicants will help to facilitate
this process by providing advice and support for educational, training and
employment opportunities. Adref has run such a scheme for over 10 years, the
advertised posts are part funded by the European Social Fund for 3 years.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with some experience in
careers advice work. Experience in personnel, training, teaching, counselling
or in another graduate role will also be considered.. A relevant professional
qualification and experience of working with a challenging client group would
be an advantage, but is not essential.
